Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI inference and training infrastructure. Collaborate with research and engineering teams on technical trade-offs, requirements, scope, and delivery. Engage early adopters and partners, support developer-focused go-to-market initiatives, create technical content, and use user research, analytics, benchmarks, and system performance data to guide product decisions.

Drive complex, cross-functional AI infrastructure programs across inference, training, hardware enablement, and engineering teams. Own milestones, dependencies, risks, release management, technical coordination, incident response, operating cadence, metrics, and stakeholder communication. Partner with product, engineering, research, hardware vendors, AI labs, and enterprise customers to deliver scalable infrastructure programs.

Own end-to-end interview coordination, candidate communication, ATS data integrity, recruiting metrics, documentation, and talent operations workflows. Build AI-augmented automations and reporting processes, maintain recruiting and people technology infrastructure, and partner with People and Talent leadership on scalable operational improvements across regions.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launch planning, field events, partner enablement, and external communications for AI infrastructure products. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value for developers, partners, and buyers. Coordinate launches, create sales and marketing assets, manage events, build media and influencer relationships, and respond to sensitive public issues. The role requires strong technical marketing expertise, excellent writing, independent execution, and judgment in a fast-moving open source AI environment.

Build and lead RadixArk’s business development function, including hiring the team, establishing relationship-management systems, maintaining broad customer coverage, identifying engagement signals, managing handoffs, and informing commercial strategy. Lead strategic partnerships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem from prospecting through activation while maintaining strong customer relationships and translating market intelligence into resource-allocation guidance.
