Perform general diagnostic ultrasound exams (abdomen, pelvis, vascular, carotids, venous Doppler); prepare and position patients; operate and maintain ultrasound equipment; process and send images to PACS; complete records and communicate with supervisors, physicians, and co-workers.

Prepares and reviews digital imaging studies and documentation for radiologist interpretation. The specialist verifies image quality, organizes images according to protocol, communicates with radiologists and technologists to resolve issues, and uploads paperwork into document management and PACS systems. This entry-level role requires computer literacy, attention to detail, multitasking, reliability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Training is provided for eligible candidates.

Performs general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, vascular, carotid, and venous Doppler studies. Prepares and positions patients, explains procedures, operates imaging equipment, processes and quality-checks images, sends studies through PACS, maintains records, and communicates equipment issues. Requires current ARDMS and CPR certifications, mandatory vascular certification, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and preferably two years of clinical experience.

Perform general, abdominal, musculoskeletal (MSK) and vascular ultrasound studies; prepare and position patients, operate ultrasound equipment, review and send images to PACS, maintain records, follow safety/HIPAA protocols, and serve as a clinical resource for advanced vascular/MSK imaging when certified.
