Provide patient preparation, screening, education, and documentation for MRI, CT, and other imaging exams; assist with patient transfers, equipment handling, and support technologists and radiologists as needed.

Perform high-quality CT examinations, operate CT consoles and peripheral hardware, select imaging techniques, adjust imaging parameters, provide timely patient care and communication, prepare and move patients, and collaborate with radiologists and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership Team, including complex calendar management, front-desk coverage, confidential communications, meeting/travel/event logistics, filing, onboarding/offboarding coordination, Concur expense assistance, project support, and vendor/facilities coordination while maintaining HIPAA-compliant discretion and operational readiness.

Provide patient preparation and assistance for MRI, CT and other radiology exams. Interview and document patient information, deliver patient education, help lift coils and assist with transfers, and support technologists and radiologists as needed. Weekend and some evening shifts required; training provided.

Perform high-quality PET/CT examinations, provide excellent patient care and communication, operate imaging consoles and hardware, prepare and move patients, follow radiologist instructions, and work collaboratively with the imaging team.

Performs general diagnostic ultrasound exams (abdomen, pelvis, vascular, carotids, venous Doppler); prepares and positions patients; acquires, processes, and sends images to PACS; performs quality control and documents procedures; communicates equipment issues and works with team members and physicians.

Verify patient insurance eligibility, obtain referrals and prior authorizations, document authorization details in the EMR, calculate patient financial responsibility, communicate with patients and providers, assist front desk operations, and perform related administrative duties to ensure accurate, timely claims filing.

Prepare and review digital radiology images and related documents for radiologist interpretation, arrange images per protocol, communicate with radiologists and technologists, upload paperwork to PACS and document systems, and maintain schedule reliability.

Provide compassionate patient care and perform high-quality PET/CT examinations. Operate imaging consoles and peripheral hardware, select appropriate imaging techniques, enter and monitor patient data, communicate with radiologists and team members, and follow radiologist instructions to ensure timely, accurate imaging.

Perform general, abdominal, musculoskeletal (MSK) and vascular ultrasound studies; prepare and position patients, operate ultrasound equipment, review and send images to PACS, maintain records, follow safety/HIPAA protocols, and serve as a clinical resource for advanced vascular/MSK imaging when certified.

Lead clinical and administrative staff at an outpatient radiology site to ensure high-quality patient care, staff development, operational organization, and collaboration with physicians. Oversee daily clinical operations, prioritize and delegate duties, implement process improvements, and maintain strong communication and leadership within the team.
