Design and build Radical’s patient platform and healthcare consumer brand. Translate foundation model predictions into clear second-opinion reports, treatment visualizations, and trustworthy patient experiences. Partner with founders, technical teams, clinicians, patients, and care teams to rapidly prototype, ship, test, and improve products. Own visual and interaction design, implementation, user research, activation, and retention outcomes.

Own Radical’s consumer growth function, driving patient acquisition through organic content, referrals, community, partnerships, and experimentation. Improve conversion across the patient journey, identify scalable growth channels, and build AI-enabled systems for research, content, creative iteration, and experiment operations. This hands-on role requires working directly with patients, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and eventually building a team.
