Lead the SAP Transportation Management product as internal owner: define roadmap, translate operations into functional specs, manage station onboarding, run UAT, coordinate AMS/SI vendors, embed AI/LLM features and analytics, ensure compliance (ITAR/EAR), and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver TM enhancements and integrations.

Design, provision, and operate scalable multi-cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Own and build the shared platform foundation: authentication/authorization for internal and external users, OpenTelemetry-based observability, core shared services and API/BFF contracts, and CI/CD/ IaC paved-paths and automated guardrails. Productize self-service platform components, set technical standards, provide architecture guidance and mentoring, triage requests to keep the platform focused, and partner with product and frontend teams to enable distributed teams to ship reliably.

Lead EDI strategy and delivery for transportation operations: gather requirements, translate to technical specs, manage EDI development team, liaise with Delta ECS, oversee mappings/testing/onboarding, ensure high availability and incident resolution, and coordinate with SAP TM/ECC, infrastructure, and stakeholders in a 24/7 operations environment.

Own the product vision and end-to-end UX for logistics-focused digital products. Produce AI-assisted wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, define roadmaps and specs, steward a design system, run research and metrics, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver prioritized outcomes.
