Mentor junior staff, handle specialty/hazardous/OOG cargo, maintain records in CargoWise and SAP TM, and identify process improvements.

Analyze domestic freight shipment data, build and maintain dashboards and reports, monitor pricing and carrier performance, model rate scenarios, support vendor/carrier contract evaluation, respond to ad-hoc data requests, and learn freight forwarding fundamentals through on-the-job training.

Lead and scale West regional business with sales-first leadership: drive new business, manage regional P&L and operations, set KPIs, onboard locations, lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and deliver revenue and profitability targets.
