Lead process validation, capability studies, troubleshooting, automation of inspection/data collection, continuous improvement, and train operators while managing manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.

Lead local sales for Haltech USA: develop and execute sales strategy, manage a sales team, build distributor and client relationships, meet revenue and KPI targets, support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate events/trade shows, oversee account processing in NetSuite/CRM, and drive market expansion and product knowledge dissemination.

Lead and coordinate hourly production staff to meet daily output and shipment targets while enforcing safety, quality, LEAN practices, cross-training, housekeeping, and operator maintenance. Coach performance, recommend staffing changes, support hiring/training, provide manufacturability input, and perform additional duties as assigned.
