Support sourcing strategies by preparing RFQs, cost models, and benchmarking; track supplier responses, manage supplier scorecards and performance reviews; execute cost-reduction initiatives; coordinate logistics, incoterm optimization, and contract lifecycle; support packaging, MRO, and raw material cost tracking; facilitate supplier/internal communication and continuous improvement.

Lead local sales for Haltech USA: develop and execute sales strategy, manage a sales team, build distributor and client relationships, meet revenue and KPI targets, support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate events/trade shows, oversee account processing in NetSuite/CRM, and drive market expansion and product knowledge dissemination.

Lead and coordinate hourly production staff to meet daily output and shipment targets while enforcing safety, quality, LEAN practices, cross-training, housekeeping, and operator maintenance. Coach performance, recommend staffing changes, support hiring/training, provide manufacturability input, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Perform assembly, machining and inspection tasks on a friction bonding production line: load fixtures, place pads, torque bolts, cut and sand friction materials, wash/dry blanks, operate and set up machinery (including laser after training), measure to specifications, and maintain a safe, organized workspace following OSHA and company safety policies.

Support FP&A reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Maintain dashboards and variance analysis, track margin drivers and working capital, collaborate cross-functionally, perform ad-hoc analysis, and improve financial processes.

Support Controller and accounting department with month-end close, maintain GL/chart of accounts, prepare financial reports and reconciliations, manage fixed assets and cash entries, review payables, assist with annual operating plan and internal audit, and provide monthly financial analysis for management and board reporting.
