Write, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC programs for high-performance automotive and powersports components. Analyze blueprints and models, select cutting tools, develop setup documentation, and translate designs into machining instructions. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve processes, resolve production issues, and support continuous improvement. Operate CNC machines as needed while ensuring accurate, complete, and timely work.

Support sourcing strategies by preparing RFQs, cost models, and benchmarking; track supplier responses, manage supplier scorecards and performance reviews; execute cost-reduction initiatives; coordinate logistics, incoterm optimization, and contract lifecycle; support packaging, MRO, and raw material cost tracking; facilitate supplier/internal communication and continuous improvement.

Develop and optimize CNC spring coiling processes, tooling, and machine parameters for high-performance valve springs. Lead process validation, capability studies, troubleshooting, automation of inspection/data collection, continuous improvement, and train operators while managing manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.
