Support Controller and accounting department with month-end close, maintain GL/chart of accounts, prepare financial reports and reconciliations, manage fixed assets and cash entries, review payables, assist with annual operating plan and internal audit, and provide monthly financial analysis for management and board reporting.

Support FP&A reporting, forecasting, and cash flow; analyze revenue, margins, and working capital; maintain dashboards and recurring reports; perform ad-hoc analyses and data validation; collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain to improve decision-making and forecasting accuracy.

Provide HR support across talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, HR compliance, investigations, and HR policy implementation. Partner with managers and global HR team to improve engagement, retention, and drive HR metrics and special projects. Support all U.S. locations and travel up to 25%.
