Support sourcing strategies by preparing RFQs, cost models, and benchmarking; track supplier responses, manage supplier scorecards and performance reviews; execute cost-reduction initiatives; coordinate logistics, incoterm optimization, and contract lifecycle; support packaging, MRO, and raw material cost tracking; facilitate supplier/internal communication and continuous improvement.

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly product costing, labor and overhead calculations, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory reconciliations, and PPV reporting. Support gross margin and pricing decisions, build ad hoc profitability models, maintain inventory reserves and variance capitalization, drive cross-functional cost improvements, and lead a small team.

Manage accounts receivable: verify invoices, audit support documentation, process AR RMAs and non-inventory credits, generate aging reports, assist collections and month-end close, collaborate with Shipping and Sales, handle mail and other finance tasks as assigned.
