Own the end-to-end development and rollout of user-facing AI features, including personalized recommendations, intelligent nudges, conversational flows, and health assessments. Build AI layers using prompt chains, micro-agents, and retrieval systems; contribute across frontend and backend; integrate APIs and third-party services; instrument analytics; run experiments and phased launches; and iterate based on user behavior and feedback.

Creates brand-consistent graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, banners, and marketing campaigns. Adapts designs across formats and platforms, researches design trends and competitor creatives, and collaborates with marketing to translate campaign ideas into visual content. The role may also involve developing creative templates and guidelines. It is an in-person internship offering hands-on experience in branding, digital marketing design, and content production.

Own paid campaign content strategy across Meta and Google, partnering with creative teams to develop and ship ads quickly. Design and manage experiments across hooks, formats, copy, and audiences; analyze performance data to identify issues and scale winning approaches. Maintain testing roadmaps, document learnings, monitor platform and competitor changes, and align messaging with growth, brand, and product teams.
