Design and implement backend services and serverless code in Python and Rust. Contribute to scalable distributed-system architecture, cloud infrastructure, testing, observability, resilience, security, and partner integrations. Participate in code reviews, planning, and backend maintenance while collaborating in an interdisciplinary startup environment.

Lead a 6-8 person cross-disciplinary embedded team to deliver AC charging stations from firmware through production. Own quarterly delivery, firmware release train, certification and compliance (Eichrecht, CE, EMC), vendor and contract-manufacturer relationships, production readiness and incident response, and develop tech leads to reduce bus factor.

Support operations and project management for EV charging stations: site visits, stakeholder coordination, maintenance support, inventory/process standardization, KPI monitoring, and monthly reporting.

Design, architect, and implement backend services (Rust and Python), serverless code, and backend integrations. Build reliable, testable, secure distributed systems on cloud (preferably AWS), improve observability, participate in planning, code/design reviews, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with partners.

Own end-to-end public tender activity for France: monitor and qualify tenders, lead go/no-go decisions, draft technical and financial proposals, coordinate cross-functional inputs, manage submissions, maintain bid library, conduct debriefs and report pipeline and win rates.
