Drives international market analysis, competitor and regulatory evaluation, product and business model assessment, and business case development. Analyzes internal data to support management decisions, improves processes and tools, supports international entities, and prepares board meetings. The role combines business development, strategic analysis, project management, and organizational improvement across international markets.

Manage multiple UK EV charging infrastructure projects from development through construction, grid connection, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate local authorities, contractors, utilities, DNO/ICP partners, surveys, designs, permits, approvals, risks, budgets, schedules, and reporting. Lead progress meetings, monitor construction quality and safety, resolve blockers, provide forecasts and KPI updates, and improve project delivery processes. The role also includes stakeholder management, project ownership, and mentoring colleagues on project management practices.

Design and implement backend services and serverless code in Python and Rust. Contribute to scalable distributed-system architecture, cloud infrastructure, testing, observability, resilience, security, and partner integrations. Participate in code reviews, planning, and backend maintenance while collaborating in an interdisciplinary startup environment.

Lead a 6-8 person cross-disciplinary embedded team to deliver AC charging stations from firmware through production. Own quarterly delivery, firmware release train, certification and compliance (Eichrecht, CE, EMC), vendor and contract-manufacturer relationships, production readiness and incident response, and develop tech leads to reduce bus factor.

Design, architect, and implement backend services (Rust and Python), serverless code, and backend integrations. Build reliable, testable, secure distributed systems on cloud (preferably AWS), improve observability, participate in planning, code/design reviews, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with partners.

Own end-to-end public tender activity for France: monitor and qualify tenders, lead go/no-go decisions, draft technical and financial proposals, coordinate cross-functional inputs, manage submissions, maintain bid library, conduct debriefs and report pipeline and win rates.
