Own and improve Salesforce and GTM systems across Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Configure workflows, maintain data quality, manage technology intake, lead platform projects, write requirements, test changes, automate seller processes, define integrations, reconcile Salesforce with NetSuite, and oversee support, releases, and user training.

Own Salesforce administration across Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and Experience Cloud for the global go-to-market organization. Build AI-driven workflows, manage integrations and data quality, support lead-to-cash processes, lead systems implementations, manage releases, and oversee user support and onboarding. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, engineering, and data teams while improving automation and revenue operations.

Serve as the technical authority for enterprise sales across the Pacific Northwest. Design hybrid-cloud, file, and object storage architectures; partner with account executives on deal strategy; lead customer discovery, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical proposals; and advise executive and technical stakeholders through production adoption. Travel up to 50% is required.
