Provide litigation support for general liability defense matters from intake through trial. Draft pleadings and discovery, organize and summarize records and evidence, manage case calendars and filings (Florida state and federal e-filing), coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and courts, prepare trial and deposition materials, conduct factual investigations, and assist with billing and case file maintenance.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer: manage email and calendar, coordinate cross-departmental communications, track recruiting and project status, prepare basic reports and agendas, maintain trackers and dashboards, take notes, follow up on action items, and assist with special projects while protecting confidentiality and anticipating needs.

The Legal Assistant will provide administrative and litigation support in civil litigation, maintain case files, and prepare legal documents.
