Represent healthcare providers and long-term care facilities in nursing home litigation. Manage cases from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct legal research, handle depositions and hearings, prepare trials, and maintain client communication and organized case files.

The Paralegal will support attorneys in civil defense litigation, managing cases, drafting documents, conducting research, and maintaining organized case files.

Handle complex commercial litigation and transactional matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda; participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial prep; support corporate governance, bankruptcy, restructuring, M&A, and cross-border matters; advise on regulatory issues and communicate directly with clients and courts.
