Provide enterprise-level technical support for merchants using POS software. Responsibilities include resolving support queries through email, phone, and Google Meet; diagnosing software issues; demonstrating products; installing and configuring POS devices; onboarding merchants; delivering online training; supporting a 24/7 environment; and traveling to client sites when necessary.

Own QueueBuster’s social media presence across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Responsibilities include developing platform-specific content strategies, managing content calendars, writing and publishing blog and website content, planning video content, leading influencer campaigns, collaborating with designers and editors, and producing product-led marketing content. Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and AI content tools is valuable.

Generate and qualify B2B leads, conduct high-volume prospecting calls, manage end-to-end sales, explain QueueBuster services, understand client needs, maintain CRM records, negotiate and close orders, meet sales quotas, and build long-term client relationships. The role requires 120–150 calls daily and on-site work six days per week in Noida.

Occasional client-site travel may be required for troubleshooting.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and intelligent agent systems. Architect LLM-powered autonomous and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, and CrewAI. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, optimize cloud deployments, and apply MLOps and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams while promoting responsible AI, fairness, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
