The Head of Sales will own revenue growth, customer acquisition, pipeline development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and full-cycle deal execution for Queue’s autonomous pharmacy platform. Responsibilities include educating customers, building ROI cases, negotiating hardware, leasing, and transaction-based agreements, refining pricing and go-to-market strategy with the CEO, and establishing scalable sales processes. The role targets pharmacy, retail, grocery, and other high-volume dispensing organizations.

Leads hands-on firmware development and builds the firmware team for autonomous pharmacy robots. Owns bare-metal and RTOS software, motor control, sensor acquisition, safety interlocks, observability, and hardware and edge interfaces. Responsible for roadmap delivery, hiring, mentoring, performance management, technical standards, and cross-functional communication. The role requires Staff-level embedded expertise and leadership experience delivering through a growing team in safety-critical environments.

Architect and technically lead a mission-critical autonomous robotic pharmacy system. Define system requirements, interfaces, performance budgets, and architecture while integrating hardware, software, controls, manufacturing, and operations. Build quantitative models and trade studies for throughput, reliability, performance, and cost. Lead verification and validation, integration, bring-up, FMEA, root-cause analysis, manufacturing scale-up, serviceability, safety, uptime, and field reliability.

Build and lead the company’s HR function during rapid growth. Responsibilities include designing HR programs and processes, managing onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee development, HR systems, and records. The role partners closely with founders, executives, managers, and employees on workforce planning, organizational design, culture, and people-related decisions.

Lead mechanical architecture and manufacturing strategy for autonomous robotic pharmacy systems. Design high-precision electromechanical mechanisms, guide products from concept through production, establish DFM and supplier strategies, create build-to-print documentation, and integrate robotics, computer vision, AI, and controls. Own design verification, validation, reliability testing, FMEA, regulatory considerations, and continuous improvement for systems deployed at scale.
