Hands-on role to identify supply chain and manufacturing inefficiencies, design and deploy AI-driven automation, build integrated production solutions across ERP and operational systems, operationalize ML models and data pipelines, monitor performance, and collaborate with operations to reduce cost and cycle time through measurable KPIs.

Serve as L3 technical escalation lead for ActiveScale object storage: troubleshoot distributed storage, reproduce bugs, create engineering tickets, assist customers on-site, develop diagnostic tools, mentor L1/L2, participate in on-call rotation, and drive product reliability improvements.

Design, implement, and optimize the core HCI software stack, including distributed resource scheduling, software-defined storage datapath, virtual networking, fault tolerance, and integrations with hypervisors and container runtimes to ensure scalable, high-performance, self-healing hyperconverged infrastructure.
