The role collaborates cross-functionally to improve reliability, quality, manufacturability, and production continuity.

Provides technical leadership for StorNext sustaining engineering, resolving complex customer escalations and modernizing filesystem and storage components. Owns Linux and Windows platform compatibility, VM templates, build infrastructure, Jenkins-based CI, deployment automation, and legacy systems. Leads debugging of crashes and distributed failures, supports Offline File Manager development, partners with customers and cross-functional teams, and mentors QA and engineering staff. Requires deep C/C++ systems expertise, Linux troubleshooting, release engineering, and production diagnostics experience.

Supports HR policies, compliance, employee inquiries, administrative workflows, culture and employee experience initiatives across EMEA. Improves talent acquisition and engagement processes, manages stakeholder communications, and safeguards confidential employee and company information. The role requires practical HR experience across France, Germany, Belgium, and the UK, French fluency, strong organization, discretion, and knowledge of employment regulations.

Provides expert technical support for Quantum storage solutions, troubleshooting customer environments, isolating product and ecosystem issues, and guiding solution implementation. Designs enterprise storage architectures across industry verticals, supports backup, recovery, archival, replication, and media workflows, and collaborates with customers, partners, and engineering teams. The role requires bilingual English and German communication, UNIX and storage administration expertise, customer relationship management, technical sales support, and participation in weekend on-call rotations.

Designs and develops full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Vue, and UI-focused backend services. Builds REST or GraphQL APIs, BFF architectures, cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, and caching solutions. Leads performance, accessibility, security, testing, CI/CD, observability, and reliability initiatives. Provides technical leadership through code reviews, architecture decisions, mentoring, refactoring, and cross-team collaboration.

Build and maintain test rigs and QA lab hardware, perform security/vulnerability and VMware compatibility testing, write test plans and cases, reproduce and investigate escalations, coordinate QA team tasks, and produce product/support documentation and training while driving issues to resolution with cross-functional teams.

Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs and tools supporting design, infrastructure, and technology platforms. Works on operating systems, compilers, networking equipment, utilities, databases, and cloud/Internet tools. Evaluates hardware compatibility and influences hardware design decisions.

Design and implement automated functional, system, and end-to-end tests for deduplication, ingest/restore performance, data integrity, and protocol behavior. Build and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD. Develop tests for storage protocols, REST APIs, security features, cloud tiering, and replication. Configure qualification environments (appliance labs, VMware, Hyper-V) and integrate with backup apps. Triage defects and track resolution via Jira in an Agile workflow.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for ActiveScale object storage. Define vision, translate customer needs to requirements, prioritize features, collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams, engage customers and partners, and own go-to-market, pricing, and launch activities for large-scale, hybrid-cloud storage solutions.

Design, implement, and optimize Quantum's hyperconverged infrastructure software stack. Work on distributed resource scheduling, software-defined storage, virtual networking, performance tuning (iSCSI, NVMe-oF, DPDK), fault tolerance, live migration, hypervisor and container integrations, and scale-out lifecycle automation to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization at scale.

Serve as primary customer contact, handle inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, track shipments, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.
