Leads global sourcing, supply planning, supplier and contract manufacturing management, logistics, inventory optimization, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and operational improvement. Develops performance metrics and governance processes while partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, Quality, Service, and Sales. Builds high-performing teams and drives scalable, data-driven supply chain execution.

Supports the design, testing, modeling, and improvement of precision electromechanical tape-drive and robotic storage systems. Analyzes servo controls, motion dynamics, motors, sensors, and feedback systems; applies signal processing, statistics, data analytics, and machine learning to reliability and performance investigations. Develops experiments, simulations, automated tests, root-cause analyses, and technical documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Supports sustaining engineering for PCBAs in tape automation systems. Investigates electrical issues, performs root cause analysis, manages component obsolescence, supports ECOs and product revisions, coordinates with suppliers and contract manufacturers, validates component substitutions, reviews schematics and manufacturing documentation, and develops test procedures. The role collaborates cross-functionally to improve reliability, quality, manufacturability, and production continuity.
