Teams at Quantum

Lead and execute cross-functional supply chain and operations projects, diagnose and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, analyze performance data, maintain project plans and risks, and ensure solution adoption through training and documentation.

Provide technical support for Quantum tape library and storage customers across EMEA via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot hardware, electro-mechanical and software issues, document incidents in CRM, escalate defects to engineering, contribute to knowledge base, mentor junior staff, and participate in weekend/on-call rota.

Responsible for administering on-premise and cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting systems, managing DevOps tooling, and automating processes. This role requires extensive experience in systems administration and includes both operational and development responsibilities.
