The Senior Account Manager fosters strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, drives account growth, manages renewals, conducts executive reviews, and promotes advocacy, all while ensuring client success and maximizing platform usage.

Provide pre-sales technical support, deliver product demonstrations and POCs, partner with account executives on technical strategy, and produce collateral (white papers, guides) as needed. Manage multiple customer-facing POCs and build strong customer relationships.
