Manages daily terminal operations including shipping, receiving, maintenance, dispatch, scheduling, staffing, training, compliance, customer service, budgeting, vendor coordination, equipment records, and operational improvement. Supervises transportation and support personnel, ensures driver paperwork and customer requirements are met, maintains safety and regulatory compliance, and supports profitability through expense control and efficient resource utilization.
