Operate and switch railcars safely within the terminal, perform daily equipment inspections, follow safety and switching procedures, communicate with rail crew and coordinators, maintain yard cleanliness and equipment readiness, and assist with terminal duties while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates training for packaging line operators; develops training materials and SOPs; conducts skills audits; maintains training records; ensures GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance; supports audits and employee development; acts as packaging line subject-matter expert and collaborates with production to improve quality and efficiency.
