Supervises transportation and support personnel, ensures driver paperwork and customer requirements are met, maintains safety and regulatory compliance, and supports profitability through expense control and efficient resource utilization.

Evaluates warehouse operational processes and internal controls for efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and consistency. Observes activities, identifies gaps and inefficiencies, communicates audit findings, and collaborates with operational teams to implement process improvements. Requires objective judgment, strong analytical and communication skills, auditing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to stand and walk extensively throughout warehouse spaces.
