Manage terminal operations including shipping/receiving, staffing, training, safety/compliance (DOT/OSHA/EEOC), budgeting, equipment maintenance, customer relations, and vendor coordination to meet operational and financial goals.

Oversee daily warehouse shipping, receiving, and packaging activities. Manage, train, and mentor staff; monitor KPIs and report to management; coordinate cross-functional teams; verify payroll and attendance; maintain facility cleanliness; enforce quality, safety, and compliance with EHS.

Observe and evaluate warehouse operational processes to verify internal controls, identify gaps or inefficiencies, report findings, and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements for operational excellence.
