Safely operate rail equipment and switch, position, and move railcars within a terminal. Conduct inspections of locomotives, railcars, brakes, tracks, and related equipment; follow safety procedures and switching instructions; communicate track updates and operational concerns; maintain equipment readiness and clean work areas; and collaborate with rail crews, technicians, supervisors, vendors, and coordinators.

Evaluates warehouse operational processes, verifies internal controls, identifies inefficiencies and non-compliance, reports findings, and collaborates with teams on process improvements. The role requires objectivity, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and substantial walking and standing in warehouse environments.

Conducts weekly quality audits, documents findings, coordinates post-audit reviews and corrective actions, investigates customer non-conformance reports, supports retraining and standdowns, performs Verification and Validation audits, and completes photo verifications. The role partners with site leadership and quality teams to ensure process adherence, resolve quality issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and support continuous improvement.
