Manages quality systems across multiple divisions, including ISO and customer audits, certifications, documentation, nonconformances, claims, corrective actions, training, and executive reviews. Serves as management representative and owns audit readiness and closure of findings. Analyzes quality data, develops metrics and reports, maintains controlled records, and drives continuous improvement, management of change, and compliance with applicable procedures and standards.

Leads daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory management, and packaging. Supervises warehouse associates, assigns work, monitors workflow, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures safety, quality, and production targets. Provides training, resolves operational issues, manages personnel and equipment, supports continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with company procedures. The role requires forklift operation, physical labor, variable shifts, and basic maintenance troubleshooting.

Coordinates international import and export shipments across ocean, air, road, and rail. Prepares shipping and compliance documentation, books cargo, screens export orders, tracks shipments, and provides status updates. Communicates with customers, carriers, vendors, government agencies, and internal teams while ensuring deadlines, regulatory requirements, and service expectations are met.
