Designs and executes manual and automated tests for software features, enhancements, and system functionality. Collaborates with developers, Product Owners, and Agile stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, identify and track defects, conduct exploratory and regression testing, and improve test automation, QA processes, standards, and documentation. Provides feedback on usability, performance, and overall product quality.

Own the architecture of Quantios Insights, a multi-tenant Azure Databricks analytics platform. Define lakehouse, data modeling, ingestion, integration, governance, security, and AI-enablement standards. Work hands-on with SQL, Python, and dbt while guiding engineers, reviewing implementations, and supporting customer and partner architecture. Ensure data isolation, regulatory compliance, reliable platform operations, and datasets suitable for RAG, vector search, LLM evaluation, and MCP-based access.

Owns the eFileConnect AEOI product backlog, translating customer, business, and regulatory needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Partners with product and delivery teams on Agile planning, prioritization, verification, demonstrations, and releases. Engages customers, supports reporting-season queries, and monitors CRS and FATCA requirements to guide roadmap decisions and continuous product improvement.
