Owns the eFileConnect AEOI product backlog, translating customer, business, and regulatory needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Partners with product and delivery teams on Agile planning, prioritization, verification, demonstrations, and releases. Engages customers, supports reporting-season queries, and monitors CRS and FATCA requirements to guide roadmap decisions and continuous product improvement.

Provides first-level IT support, assists with internal applications and technology platforms, manages user access, supports system testing and documentation, monitors incidents and performance, and participates in IT projects and process automation. Collaborates with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve technical issues while supporting data accuracy, onboarding, offboarding, and basic security controls.

Leads comprehensive testing strategies for major features and releases across Agile teams. Plans and estimates QA activities, creates test plans and cases, troubleshoots complex defects, and supports test automation within CI/CD pipelines. Mentors junior QA analysts, promotes quality best practices, and helps define QA standards, processes, and metrics while collaborating with developers, Product Owners, and business analysts.
