Supports financial operations by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, reviewing invoices and financial records, maintaining accounting documentation, preparing spreadsheets and reports, and assisting with month-end close. The role also handles accounts payable and receivable activities, investigates discrepancies, coordinates with internal teams and external parties, follows accounting controls, and protects confidential financial information in a remote work environment.

Processes and reviews payroll data, timesheets, attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and adjustments. Maintains confidential employee payroll records, identifies discrepancies, prepares reports and reconciliations, and coordinates with HR and Accounting to resolve issues. Responds to employee payroll questions, follows internal controls and procedures, tracks missing information, and supports accurate, timely payroll operations.

Performs accurate data entry, record maintenance, document verification, data quality checks, file organization, spreadsheet preparation, and administrative support. Reviews information for errors and discrepancies, coordinates with internal teams to clarify incomplete records, protects confidential information, and meets productivity and deadline expectations in a remote environment.
