Manage material planning and purchasing for manufacturing lines: create and manage POs, procure electromechanical components, maintain inventory and planning data in ERP/MRP, coordinate suppliers and production teams, resolve shortages, support NPI, and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and supplier performance.

Support and strengthen safety initiatives in a manufacturing/fabrication environment by conducting inspections, identifying hazards, assisting incident investigations, delivering training and coaching, maintaining safety records, and helping ensure regulatory and policy compliance to promote a positive safety culture.

Manage procurement and supplier relationships to ensure material availability for manufacturing. Lead sourcing, vendor qualification/onboarding, negotiations, and supplier performance improvements. Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality to resolve shortages, optimize inventory, and implement procurement process improvements within ERP/MRP systems.

Design and implement data center power solutions, develop proposals and technical submittals, coordinate projects from order to commissioning, provide technical support and troubleshooting, deliver customer trainings, and perform product evaluations and field visits (25-35% travel).

Design, implement, commission, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems for overhead lifting equipment. Create schematics and control panel layouts, specify components (VFDs, soft starters, relays), ensure compliance with CMAA/NEC/ASME standards, support field startup/commissioning, provide technical support and documentation, and collaborate with project and maintenance teams to improve reliability and safety.

Support and manage commercial/industrial construction projects from planning through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, maintain project tracking (RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, costs), assist estimating and quantity takeoffs, support change management, review shop drawings, perform site visits and inspections, ensure contract and safety compliance, and assist with project documentation and reporting.

Lead quality systems and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment: establish QMS and ISO 9001 compliance, reduce defects/scrap, oversee audits and corrective actions, drive supplier and customer quality, develop quality metrics and reports, and build a high-performing quality team.

Support sheet metal fabrication from design through production: create and maintain drawings, assist CNC programming and setup, improve manufacturability, resolve production issues, manage revisions, and participate in continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Drive manufacturing operational excellence by analyzing performance data, identifying process improvements, leading improvement projects (5S, Six Sigma), coaching employees, supporting CAPEX projects, and integrating business systems to improve safety, efficiency, and measurable performance.

Onsite Office Manager / Bookkeeper responsible for daily office operations and bookkeeping: process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, maintain financial records, handle vendor communication and office correspondence, and support leadership with reporting and projects.

Lead large-scale electrical infrastructure programs from contract award through production, shipment, and customer acceptance.
