Develop procurement strategies, manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, interpret engineering drawings, support ETO/custom programs, and maintain purchasing data in ERP to ensure material availability, cost reduction, and alignment with manufacturing schedules.

Design and support power distribution equipment: select components, create schematics and BOMs, perform circuit and thermal design, test and troubleshoot hardware, assist with certifications (UL/CSA/IEC), and produce technical documentation for manufacturing and customers.

Lead multidisciplinary aerospace engineering teams from concept through production, manage multiple programs, ensure FAA/DoD regulatory compliance, oversee budgets/schedules, recruit and mentor staff, implement engineering standards and AS9100/Lean practices, and support proposals while driving safety, manufacturability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead all accounting and finance operations including general ledger, AP/AR, close, financial reporting, cash and treasury management, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, audits, and team leadership to support strategic business decisions.

Fit and assemble structural steel components by interpreting blueprints, measuring and laying out materials, operating fabrication machinery, and preparing assemblies for welding. Perform structural analyses and develop engineering substantiation for aircraft modifications, repairs, and certification. Conduct static, fatigue, damage-tolerance, vibration, and thermal evaluations; prepare stress reports, margin-of-safety calculations, and compliance documentation. Review designs, develop load paths and analytical models, support certification and testing, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during fabrication, installation, and testing while maintaining configuration-controlled engineering documentation.

Lead quality and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining the QMS, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, driving defect reduction, conducting root cause analysis, overseeing audits and corrective actions, managing supplier and customer quality issues, and building a high-performing quality team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Support EHS initiatives in a manufacturing/fabrication environment by observing production operations, identifying hazards, conducting inspections, assisting training and incident investigations, maintaining safety records, and ensuring regulatory and company compliance.

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes; develop and edit G-code for Fagor/Fanuc/Haas/Heidenhain controls; machine parts to very tight tolerances; inspect parts with precision tools; follow safety procedures and meet production expectations; lift up to 50 pounds and work scheduled shifts including occasional Saturdays.

Lead engineering for low-voltage power distribution products (switchboards/switchgear), guide technical teams, ensure compliance with UL/NEC standards, support manufacturing, proposals, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver mission-critical infrastructure from concept through delivery.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for industrial/manufacturing roles: source, screen, pre-qualify candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, engage candidates, and support senior recruiters to meet hiring goals while working US hours remotely.

Design, program, and support PLCs and HMIs; troubleshoot automation, electrical, and communication systems; lead reliability and modernization projects; analyze performance data; support installations, backups, testing, and documentation in a manufacturing environment.
