Support EHS initiatives in a manufacturing/fabrication setting by conducting inspections, identifying hazards, assisting with incident investigations, delivering safety training and onboarding, documenting safety records, and ensuring regulatory and company compliance while working hands-on on the production floor.

Provide technical support and engineered solutions for electrical power distribution in data centers. Develop proposals, prepare engineering submittals and drawings, support projects from design through commissioning, troubleshoot field issues, deliver presentations and training, participate in product validation and testing, and collect customer feedback for product improvements. Lead Buyer Planner team to manage materials planning, purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance for a manufacturing facility. Align material plans with production and projects, improve inventory turns, mitigate supply risk, execute sourcing strategies, maintain ERP/MRP data, and drive continuous improvement and supplier development to support CTO and ETO production schedules.

Support electrical design and development of power distribution equipment, including component selection, thermal and magnetics design, schematics, BOMs, and testing. Assist with integration, troubleshooting, safety certification (UL/CSA/IEC), documentation, and manufacturing instructions for PDUs, STS, RPPs, and switchboards.

Support and manage commercial/industrial construction projects from planning through closeout. Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components to tight tolerances (as close as 0.0005"). Read blueprints, create/modify G-code, operate Fagor/Fanuc/Haas/Heidenhain controls, inspect parts with precision measuring tools, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support production schedules including occasional overtime and Saturdays.

Support sheet metal fabrication from design through production: create and maintain drawings, assist CNC programming and setup, improve manufacturability, resolve production issues, manage revisions, and participate in continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Manage manufacturing and fabrication projects from order entry through production, assembly, testing, and shipment. Develop schedules, track progress, mitigate risks, coordinate across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and maintain project documentation and performance reporting to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.
