The role requires strong English communication, comfort with phone and video interviews, proficiency with Bullhorn ATS and ZoomInfo, and experience in recruiting, staffing, BPO, or international process outsourcing. Work is remote on US Eastern Time hours as an independent contractor.

Sources, engages, and pre-screens candidates using Bullhorn CRM, ZoomInfo, job boards, and Boolean search. Builds talent pipelines, maintains accurate candidate records, collaborates with recruiters and account managers, and provides weekly sourcing updates. The role supports industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and skilled-trades recruiting and may lead to a full-time Recruiter position.

Design, program, and support PLCs and HMIs; troubleshoot automation, electrical, and communication systems; lead reliability and modernization projects; analyze performance data; support installations, backups, testing, and documentation in a manufacturing environment.

Responsible for managing electrical systems design for complex building projects, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards while mentoring junior engineers.
