Leads manufacturing continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and operational data. Identifies waste, bottlenecks, and productivity opportunities; implements solutions to improve quality, safety, cost, cycle time, labor efficiency, and delivery. Coaches production teams, facilitates improvement workshops, establishes KPIs, communicates results to leadership, and supports process changes across multiple shifts and manufacturing environments.

Leads accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, controls, audits, compliance, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
