Perform full setups and operation of multi-axis CNC mills and other machine tools, read blueprints, edit/create CNC programs, inspect parts to ±0.002", maintain fixtures and tooling, troubleshoot machining issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced job shop.

Manage multiple custom power equipment projects from order release through fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipment. Build and maintain schedules, track progress, coordinate engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and logistics, communicate risks and status to leadership, maintain project documentation and dashboards, and support process improvements to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.

Design, program, and maintain PLC and HMI/SCADA systems to improve manufacturing reliability and performance. Troubleshoot automation, communications, instrumentation, and drives. Lead automation projects, collect and analyze equipment performance data, support maintenance outages, and implement corrective actions to increase safety and efficiency.
