Support EHS initiatives in a manufacturing/fabrication setting by conducting inspections, identifying hazards, assisting with incident investigations, delivering safety training and onboarding, documenting safety records, and ensuring regulatory and company compliance while working hands-on on the production floor.

Provide technical support and engineered solutions for electrical power distribution in data centers. Develop proposals, prepare engineering submittals and drawings, support projects from design through commissioning, troubleshoot field issues, deliver presentations and training, participate in product validation and testing, and collect customer feedback for product improvements. Travel to customer sites ~25–35%.

Lead and supervise shop personnel to plan, schedule, and execute structural steel fabrication. Ensure work meets drawings, AISC/AWS standards, quality, safety, and delivery timelines while optimizing productivity, inventory, maintenance, and cross-functional coordination.
