Manages banking relationships, financial systems and processes, team development, and continuous improvement while advising senior leadership on financial performance and business decisions.

Leads railroad track operations, field crews, supervisors, equipment coordination, emergency response, safety, project performance, workforce planning, budgeting, and customer communication. The role requires hands-on field leadership across track maintenance, derailment response, specialty lifting, railcar work, and heavy equipment operations, with frequent travel, on-call availability, and compliance with DOT and FRA regulations.

Process weekly payroll, payroll tax filings, employee reimbursements, deductions, benefits, and year-end W-2 requirements. Maintain accurate payroll and employee records, reconcile company credit card transactions, support audits, and assist with daily accounting and HR functions while meeting strict deadlines.
