Sources, engages, and pre-screens candidates using Bullhorn CRM, ZoomInfo, job boards, and Boolean search. Builds talent pipelines, maintains accurate candidate records, collaborates with recruiters and account managers, and provides weekly sourcing updates. The role supports industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and skilled-trades recruiting and may lead to a full-time Recruiter position.

Maintains controlled engineering and manufacturing documentation, including CAD files, drawings, specifications, bills of materials, test records, and work instructions. Administers SOLIDWORKS PDM and SharePoint workflows, coordinates release packages and approvals, migrates and archives legacy data, and supports project and production documentation. The role also tracks document status, improves processes, trains users, prepares reports, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and vendors.

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components. Create G-code programs, interpret machining drawings, use multiple CNC controls, inspect parts with precision measuring tools, maintain tight tolerances, follow safety procedures, and meet production schedules in a heavy industrial environment.
