Hands-on EHS specialist supporting safe manufacturing and fabrication operations. Responsibilities include production-floor hazard monitoring, inspections, safety observations, corrective-action tracking, employee coaching, orientations, toolbox talks, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, compliance documentation, and maintaining safety and training records. The role partners with employees and supervisors to improve workplace practices, strengthen safety culture, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components. Interpret technical drawings, develop and modify G-code programs, use various machine controls, maintain tolerances as tight as 0.0005 inches, and inspect parts with precision measuring tools. Follow industrial safety procedures, maintain attendance, work extended shifts and Saturdays, and lift materials up to 50 pounds.
