Responsibilities include well design, casing and cementing, contractor and vendor selection, risk mitigation, cost and schedule estimation, field operations support, drilling dysfunction analysis, HSE compliance, regulatory support, and post-well reviews. The role also manages drilling data systems, coordinates recovery plans, mentors junior engineers, and travels periodically to remote drilling sites and partner locations.

Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll operations, compliance, tax administration, reconciliations, audits, and internal controls. Lead the company’s transition to Paycom, administer payroll systems, improve processes, support SOX readiness, and partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, employees, managers, and external agencies. The role also provides payroll guidance, prepares reporting and analytics, and oversees external payroll vendors or implementation consultants as needed.

Leads Quaise Energy’s digital marketing ecosystem, website strategy, SEO, analytics, digital campaigns, content optimization, and marketing operations infrastructure. The role drives stakeholder engagement, commercialization, recruiting, investor relations, corporate communications, and brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing digital platforms, vendors, agencies, CRM and automation integrations, analytics frameworks, user experience, governance, accessibility, and cross-functional initiatives. The director will also translate complex technical concepts into effective digital experiences and may build and oversee future digital marketing personnel.

Creates and maintains 3D mechanical CAD models, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation for millimeter-wave drilling prototypes. Supports prototype assembly, fit-up verification, testing, troubleshooting, manufacturability reviews, and mechanical integration. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and technicians in laboratory and field environments, including occasional prototype installation and evaluation visits.

Supports the design, electromagnetic simulation, testing, integration, troubleshooting, and field deployment of high-power RF and millimeter-wave transmission systems for geothermal drilling. Works with waveguides, gyrotron sources, RF diagnostics, and simulation tools; analyzes test data, prepares technical documentation, assists with system packaging and ruggedization, and collaborates across electrical, mechanical, and field engineering teams.
