Leads the architecture, development, integration, commissioning, and optimization of PLC-based control and instrumentation systems for prototype and field-deployed geothermal drilling platforms. Responsibilities include control software, safety interlocks, electrical schematics, hardware selection, system testing, fault diagnosis, supplier engagement, documentation, and integration across software, electrical, mechanical, and network systems.

Plans, designs, and supports complex geothermal drilling and well construction programs. Responsibilities include well design, casing and cementing, contractor and vendor selection, risk mitigation, cost and schedule estimation, field operations support, drilling dysfunction analysis, HSE compliance, regulatory support, and post-well reviews. The role also manages drilling data systems, coordinates recovery plans, mentors junior engineers, and travels periodically to remote drilling sites and partner locations.

Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll operations, compliance, tax administration, reconciliations, audits, and internal controls. Lead the company’s transition to Paycom, administer payroll systems, improve processes, support SOX readiness, and partner with HR, Finance, Accounting, employees, managers, and external agencies. The role also provides payroll guidance, prepares reporting and analytics, and oversees external payroll vendors or implementation consultants as needed.
