Establishes software architecture, patterns, and best practices; implements microservices; conducts code reviews; coordinates work; analyzes requirements; designs database schemas; estimates tasks; facilitates Scrum ceremonies; mentors developers; and prepares technical documentation. The role requires strong API and systems integration experience across Java and modern front-end technologies, plus experience leading offshore developers.
