The Personal Assistant provides companionship and support to assisted living residents, assists with daily living activities, and engages them in activities. Light housekeeping and meal assistance are also part of the role.

Lead community sales by identifying resident needs, meeting sales targets, building referral relationships with healthcare partners, planning lead-generation events, analyzing competitors, managing marketing/PR strategies, and coordinating admissions and discharges across departments.

Develops and runs daily and monthly Reunion activity calendars tied to themes, collaborates with Director of Memory Care, implements exercise and ambulation programs, assists new residents with adjustment and social placement, schedules local outings, and markets events to families via social media.

The Director of Sales discovers resident needs, meets sales objectives, fosters healthcare relationships, plans events, analyzes competitors, and develops marketing strategies.

The Director of Wellness oversees nursing operations, supervises staff, manages resident care, ensures compliance with guidelines, and promotes service excellence.

The Executive Director oversees resident care, sales, dining, activities, and staffing at The Blake at St Johns, ensuring operations align with company values and regulations.
