Provides companionship and assistance with activities of daily living for assisted living and memory care residents, including bathing, dressing, feeding, housekeeping, laundry, dining, and engagement activities. Monitors and reports resident health changes, completes daily progress documentation, and supports memory and performance improvement programs. Requires a caring attitude, high school diploma or GED, schedule flexibility, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. CNA certification, CPR, First Aid, and experience with older adults are preferred.

Provides medical treatment and medication administration under physician orders and applicable regulations. Delivers compassionate care to assisted-living residents, supports memory and performance-improvement programs, documents care, prioritizes tasks, and works independently or collaboratively. Serves as charge nurse for personal assistants under Wellness Leadership. Requires an active state LPN license and CPR certification; assisted-living or long-term-care experience and First Aid certification are preferred. Flexible shift, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Develops and implements daily and monthly activity calendars aligned with QSLM themes. Collaborates with Director of Memory Care on activities, ensures daily exercise and walking programs, schedules cultural outings per service plans, implements programs at admission, and helps new residents adjust and socialize.

Provide medical treatment and administer medications per physician orders within state LPN scope in an assisted living community. Deliver resident care, support memory/performance programs, document care, serve as charge nurse on shift, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Oversee daily wellness/nursing operations in a senior living community, supervise nursing and personal care staff, assess and manage residents' health and psychosocial needs, ensure regulatory compliance, hiring, budgeting, scheduling, and promote high-quality resident care.
