Provide companionship and assistance with activities of daily living for assisted living and memory care residents, report health/status changes, complete daily records, assist with memory programs, light housekeeping, laundry, dining support, and engagement activities.

Creates and implements daily and monthly activity calendars for memory care residents, aligned with organizational themes. Coordinates activities, entertainment, exercise, walking programs, cultural events, admissions programming, dining socialization, and resident adjustment. Collaborates with memory care leadership, adapts to changing behaviors, communicates with families through social media, and supports residents with creativity, flexibility, organization, and compassion.

Supports assisted living and memory care residents with companionship, activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, feeding, health-status reporting, memory programs, light housekeeping, laundry, dining assistance, and engagement activities. The role requires flexibility across shifts, weekends, and holidays, and focuses on compassionate service to older adults.
