The Personal Assistant provides companionship and support to assisted living residents, assists with daily living activities, and engages them in activities. Light housekeeping and meal assistance are also part of the role.

The Director of Business Operations will manage the business office, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and assist with onboarding new hires.

Provide companionship and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding); report health/status changes and complete daily records; support memory programs; perform light housekeeping and laundry; assist with dining and resident activities to promote engagement.
