Leads regional business planning, revenue delivery, customer acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives. Manages ATL and BTL campaigns, oversees service coordinators and category managers, and ensures performance against NPS, turnaround time, and operating-cost metrics. Establishes KPIs, monitors team performance, identifies process gaps, and implements corrective actions. The role requires regional market understanding, business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.

Diagnose and troubleshoot home and personal consumer electronics, handle customer service requests, perform installations, inspections, repairs, and maintenance, analyze recurring issues, use tools and spare parts correctly, and maintain accurate service documentation while meeting service timelines.

Supports workforce planning, recruitment, candidate screening, employee relations, onboarding, HR inductions, employee issue resolution, training coordination, HR process adherence, and exit formalities. The role partners with hiring managers and business teams to ensure adequate staffing, improve productivity, and provide employee support. It also manages onboarding documentation, asset and ID card issuance, buddy assignments, and exit asset handovers.
