Identify and evaluate raw creator content, develop storytelling treatments, and own video products from evaluation through publishing. Collaborate with editors, thumbnail specialists, and project managers to optimize retention, hooks, pacing, and packaging. Analyze performance data, run experiments, stay ahead of platform trends and AI tools, and drive process improvements and team impact.
