About the Job

As a Content Specialist, your mission is to identify top-tier content opportunities and turn them into unique, highly engaging video products.

The most important part of the role is developing a deep understanding of why content performs:

  • Audience psychology

  • Retention

  • Storytelling

  • Pacing

  • Hooks

  • Packaging

  • Trends

  • Platform behaviour

You will research and evaluate raw content from creators around the world, identify strong product opportunities, and develop the best possible treatment for each video.

You will work closely with editors, thumbnail specialists and project managers throughout the entire production pipeline to ensure every product reaches the highest possible performance standard.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, creative taste, curiosity, adaptability and a constant desire to improve both content and processes.

Content Specialists are expected to lead by example through high-performing products, experimentation, process improvements, leadership and strong cultural impact within the team.

As a Content Specialist you will:

  • Discover and evaluate exceptional content opportunities from creators around the world.

  • Transform strong content into unique, high-performing video products.

  • Develop creative treatments and define the storytelling approach for each project.

  • Own products throughout the production lifecycle, from evaluation to publishing performance.

  • Collaborate with editors, thumbnail specialists and project managers to maximize quality and engagemn.

  • Analyze audience behaviour and performance insights to continuously improve results.

  • Experiment with formats, workflows and creative approaches to drive innovation.

  • Stay ahead of trends, platform changes and emerging technologies.

Job conditions

  • Office-based work, with 1 day per week of optional work from home.

  • A cool office in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, with kitchen, chill-out area, terrace, and a fun
