About the Job
Your mission is to support and improve our business and product operations through data analysis, process optimization, and hands-on experimentation. This role is responsible for ensuring operational order, analytical insights, and continuous testing across content, tools, and workflows.
You’ll work closely with the Project Managers, Squad Leads, and you will be trained and mentored by the Business Operations Analyst. The process involves managing tools, analyzing performance, running tests, and structuring information to help teams make better, faster decisions. Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving efficiency, scalability, and the impact of our content, while supporting company-wide operations and business development efforts. This role offers strong growth potential, with exposure to multiple teams and strategic initiatives across the company.
As a Business Operations Assistant, your core responsibilities will be:
Supporting Legal & Compliance-related operational tracking.
Managing and maintaining HubSpot from an operations perspective.
Running and analyzing content tests (shorts testing, A/B testing, thumbnail experiments).
Cleaning and structuring video inventory by themes, formats, and performance criteria.
Supporting metadata optimization, including FAST metadata initiatives.
Developing and maintaining thumbnail operations: canvas organization, performance analysis, and impact tracking.
Building basic analyses and dashboards to support decision-making.
Supporting experimentation frameworks and documenting learnings.
Continuously identifying better ways of doing business by finding efficiencies, simplifying processes, and proposing improvements to support the company’s evolving needs through versatile and scalable operational processes.
Collaborating in unstructured environments, bringing order and clarity to processes.
What we’re looking for:
Analytical & Curious: Strong interest in data, statistics, and experimentation; comfortable drawing insights from numbers.
Technical Foundation: Knowledge of statistics; familiarity with SQL and Python is a strong plus.
Adaptable & Hands-on: Comfortable working in fast-changing, unstructured startup environments.
Organized & Detail-oriented: Able to structure information, clean data, and maintain operational clarity.
Business & Engineering Mindset: Background or studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or similar.
High Potential & Ambitious: Early-career profile with strong learning capacity and growth mindset.
Interest in AI & Automation: Curious about AI tools, automations, and data-driven systems; eager to apply them in practical, real-world operational and business use cases.

Job conditions and perks
Office-based work, with 1 day per week of optional work from home.
A cool office in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, with kitchen, chill-out area, terrace, and a fun atmosphere.
Working hours: 8:00h to 16:30h.
