Build and lead the Solutions function owning the end-to-end technical customer journey: define operating model, playbooks, and tooling; personally lead strategic deployments, implementations, and escalations; recruit and coach Solutions/Implementation/Forward Deployed engineers; and partner cross-functionally to improve deployments, integrations, and customer outcomes.

Pylon's first Controller will own month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, AR/AP operations, systems and ERP implementation, internal controls and audit readiness, automation of accounting workflows, and management of auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships to scale finance operations.

Own and improve the martech stack and campaign architecture, implement Marketo and Salesforce integrations, design lead scoring and routing, maintain data hygiene, tracking, attribution, email deliverability, and privacy compliance. Automate workflows with AI, build trusted reporting, run MQL-to-opportunity lifecycle and events, and partner across RevOps while owning the marketing ops budget and enablement.
