Own the full B2B sales cycle for AI-trained talent placements, from warm executive introductions and consultative discovery through deal structure, closing, and successful hiring. Build and manage the sales funnel, forecast accurately, maintain pipeline discipline, and refine the placement motion based on market feedback. Develop commercial infrastructure, tailor talent solutions to employer needs, and use AI tools for research, personalization, follow-up, and workflow automation.

Lead the continuous improvement of Pursuit’s AI-native learning experience, including curriculum, progression models, learner outcomes, facilitator workflows, and community design. Use market feedback, learning data, and emerging AI tools to refine programs, support personalization, and build AI-powered training products. Collaborate with Product, Programs, Jobs, Development, facilitators, and external partners to adapt learning experiences for diverse audiences and formats.

Own Pursuit’s data infrastructure, semantic layer, data dictionary, reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities. Improve data quality and self-service access while designing structures with cross-functional teams. Establish data governance for reliable human and AI-agent use, evaluate AI workflows, integrate SaaS systems, and administer permissions and workflows. The role requires hands-on technical work, cross-functional project management, stakeholder communication, and high ownership of scalable data systems.

Owns delivery of a state-funded, multi-year workforce initiative across three New York regions. Manages workforce, higher education, employer, and economic development partners; oversees grants, contracts, reporting, compliance, subrecipient monitoring, and audit readiness; translates commitments into project plans; coordinates cross-functional execution; manages risks, timelines, and deliverables; and represents Pursuit externally. Builds repeatable partnership processes and operating models while using AI tools to improve tracking, drafting, synthesis, and reporting.

Own and build Pursuit’s people function as a hands-on HR leader. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, culture and employee experience, compensation and incentive design, HR operations, compliance, benefits, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations. The role partners with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and scaling the people function beyond 100 employees.

Own top-of-funnel lead generation by building community partnerships, managing paid and referral channels, tracking lead and applicant performance, and optimizing conversion. Represent Pursuit at community events and partner meetings across NYC, maintain dashboards, coordinate alumni referrals, and use AI tools to automate outreach, reporting, and data cleanup. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, data fluency, follow-through, and commitment to expanding economic opportunity.

Own the recruitment funnel from applicant outreach through enrollment. Lead information sessions and workshops, manage event logistics, track applicant and enrollment data, maintain dashboards, identify conversion bottlenecks, and provide warm, persistent follow-up. Coordinate personalized communications across email, text, and social channels while improving recruitment workflows through AI tools and automation. Represent Pursuit to prospective applicants and help achieve enrollment targets in a mission-driven environment.

Contract Chief-of-Staff–type role supporting the CEO on growth strategy, market expansion, financing models, and high-visibility analyses. Lead industry research, build expansion plans, model innovative financing, and produce briefings, memos, and presentations for stakeholders.
