Lead recruitment, enrollment operations, and community partnerships to drive sustainable applicant growth. Build dashboards, design and test outreach strategies, manage partner relationships and events, and apply AI tools to automate admissions workflows. Recruit and manage support staff and step into execution to meet enrollment targets while improving applicant experience and operational efficiency.

Support the Head of Creative with production-focused design across social, brand, web, events, and content. Edit, retouch, organize large volumes of photography/video, prepare social and print assets, assist with website and light UX/UI tasks, document events, and incorporate AI-assisted workflows. Fast turnarounds, strong organization, and hands-on content production expected.

The Account Executive will develop employer partnerships, manage candidate placements, and drive sales from outreach to hiring outcomes, focusing on new employer acquisition and relationship building.

The Development Associate supports fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and employer partnerships, managing a complex fundraising pipeline and multiple stakeholder relationships while providing project management and communication support.
