Oversees a multidisciplinary team, establishes scalable operating systems and KPI frameworks, integrates AI tools and learning platforms, and develops partnerships with communities, employers, and funders. Serves as an executive leader, national spokesperson, and advocate for equitable access to AI careers.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for AI-trained talent placements, from warm executive introductions and consultative discovery through deal structure, closing, and successful hiring. Build and manage the sales funnel, forecast accurately, maintain pipeline discipline, and refine the placement motion based on market feedback. Develop commercial infrastructure, tailor talent solutions to employer needs, and use AI tools for research, personalization, follow-up, and workflow automation.

Lead the continuous improvement of Pursuit’s AI-native learning experience, including curriculum, progression models, learner outcomes, facilitator workflows, and community design. Use market feedback, learning data, and emerging AI tools to refine programs, support personalization, and build AI-powered training products. Collaborate with Product, Programs, Jobs, Development, facilitators, and external partners to adapt learning experiences for diverse audiences and formats.
