The Account Executive will develop employer partnerships, manage candidate placements, and drive sales from outreach to hiring outcomes, focusing on new employer acquisition and relationship building.

Manage day-to-day program experience for Builders by running events, recruiting and managing volunteers and mentors, setting up quarterly Capstone projects, handling logistics and communications, gathering feedback, and building relationships that convert volunteers into donors or employer partners.

Manage and grow employer and corporate partnerships to drive hiring, revenue, and engagement. Own pipeline, Salesforce accuracy, forecasting, partner communications, and cross-functional execution. Launch AI-enabled initiatives and build scalable processes to increase partner impact.
