Manage and grow employer and corporate partnerships to drive hiring, revenue, and engagement. Own pipeline, Salesforce accuracy, forecasting, partner communications, and cross-functional execution. Launch AI-enabled initiatives and build scalable processes to increase partner impact.

The Director of Individual Giving will develop and manage Pursuit's individual donor strategy, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and major gifts. Responsibilities include building donor relationships, managing a donor pipeline, organizing fundraising events, and creating cultivation pathways for mid-level donors.

Owns the Builder experience for a nights-and-weekend AI-native cohort: coaches participants, leads workshops, tracks engagement, identifies at-risk learners, and designs AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows to improve persistence, outcomes, and operational efficiency. Partners with product and operations to prototype and scale AI-enabled solutions and represents Pursuit externally.
