Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across social, SEO/SEM, content, and offline channels. Manage campaigns, creative production, vendor relations, analytics, and cross-functional alignment with sales to drive brand awareness and demand generation.

Lead HR strategy and operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, HR metrics, and recordkeeping. Foster positive culture, support business needs through talent development, and coordinate statutory compliance with accounts.

Perform GST compliance and TDS-related tasks; manage bank reconciliations and online payments; handle accounts payable and receivable, purchase entries, vendor reconciliation, and month-end finalization.

Drive in-store sales by greeting customers, explaining product features, cross-selling and upselling, managing inventory and returns, coordinating with team members, informing customers about promotions, and providing feedback to management to improve customer experience.

Lead HR strategy and operations: recruit and onboard staff, manage employee relations, performance appraisals, training, compensation and benefits, HR metrics, compliance, and records management while fostering positive culture.

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for the store and office, including supervision of housekeeping, drivers, and security; manage vendor relationships, store ambiance, and employee requests for supplies and daily necessities.

Manage office facilities and infrastructure, vendor contracts and AMCs, inventory and housekeeping, security and access control, travel/logistics, compliance, safety/fire preparedness, space planning, budgeting, asset and utility management, and grooming/uniform standards.

Lead finance function including tax and statutory compliance (GST, income tax), coordinate audits and resolve discrepancies, manage vendor payments and reconciliations, prepare financial statements and cash flow reports, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team.
