Provide first-fix mechanical and electrical support at a data centre, perform preventative maintenance, manage contractors and tickets, support small projects, maintain H&S and compliance, capture asset data, and act as an LV Authorised Person. Work rota is 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off) with occasional regional site cover, overtime and holiday support.

Act as deputy to the Data Centre Manager for Pulsant Croydon, leading incident resolution, mentoring engineers, supporting clients and third parties, managing contractors and stock, performing monitoring and smart-hands tasks, and ensuring health, safety and compliance of the site.

Provide on-site mechanical and electrical first-fix support, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, and minor fabric repairs at a data centre. Perform M&E monitoring, asset management, ticket handling, remote-hands IT tasks, and small project delivery while ensuring health, safety, security, and compliance. Support testing, handovers, LV authorised person duties, shift cover and occasional regional travel.

Senior management role responsible for engineering integrity, build delivery, and technical governance of Pulsant's UK data centre portfolio. Leads M&E engineering, defines design standards and resilience principles, oversees major build and upgrade programmes, owns capital investment roadmap, ensures commissioning and operational readiness, enforces governance and compliance, and drives a high-performance engineering culture aligned with commercial objectives.
