Lead Pulsant's business change agenda, owning roadmap, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery. Manage business analysis, process improvement and project delivery capabilities, facilitate workshops, embed sustained change, and coach a small team to drive strategic transformation and adoption across the organisation.

Lead day-to-day operation and performance of two UK data centres, managing teams, vendors, budgets, maintenance, capacity planning, incident/change processes, client relationships, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Provide first-fix mechanical and electrical support at a data centre, perform preventative maintenance, manage contractors and tickets, support small projects, maintain H&S and compliance, capture asset data, and act as an LV Authorised Person. Work rota is 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off) with occasional regional site cover, overtime and holiday support.

Senior management role responsible for engineering integrity, build delivery, and technical governance of Pulsant's UK data centre portfolio. Leads M&E engineering, defines design standards and resilience principles, oversees major build and upgrade programmes, owns capital investment roadmap, ensures commissioning and operational readiness, enforces governance and compliance, and drives a high-performance engineering culture aligned with commercial objectives.
