Teams at Pulsant

Lead day-to-day operation and performance of two UK data centres, managing teams, vendors, budgets, maintenance, capacity planning, incident/change processes, client relationships, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Act as deputy to the Data Centre Manager for Pulsant Croydon, leading incident resolution, mentoring engineers, supporting clients and third parties, managing contractors and stock, performing monitoring and smart-hands tasks, and ensuring health, safety and compliance of the site.

Provide first-fix mechanical and electrical support at a data centre, perform preventative maintenance, manage contractors and tickets, support small projects, maintain H&S and compliance, capture asset data, and act as an LV Authorised Person. Work rota is 12-hour shifts (4 on/4 off) with occasional regional site cover, overtime and holiday support.
