Leads the enterprise applications function, with primary ownership of Oracle E-Business Suite and related business systems. Manages Business Analysts and distributed resources, application support, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, vendors, budgets, and strategic initiatives. Partners with business and IT leaders to prioritize work, improve processes, oversee application projects, ensure governance and compliance, and develop technology roadmaps. Drives modernization, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement across the application portfolio.

Leads FP&A and Pricing teams, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance and margin analysis, KPIs, pricing, working capital, cash flow, and capital investment evaluation. Partners with executive, accounting, sales, operations, and plant leadership to improve profitability, reporting quality, controls, and decision-making. Manages seven direct reports and drives financial process improvements, automation, and strategic analysis.

Coordinates human resources activities across Pennsylvania manufacturing plants, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, compliance, labor relations, and HR reporting. Partners with plant managers, department leaders, legal counsel, and employees to resolve personnel issues and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and HR programs.

Leads the engineering function for a multi-plant manufacturing organization. Oversees engineering strategy, manufacturing process optimization, project planning, budgets, technology implementation, equipment installation and maintenance, contractors, and cross-functional collaboration with plant and executive leadership. Ensures projects meet cost, schedule, quality, and operational objectives while developing engineering policies, standards, and organizational capabilities.

Develops and manages pricing strategies for steel tubing products to maximize profitability and competitiveness. Oversees margin management, pricing governance, discount frameworks, customer-specific agreements, price realization, variance analysis, and pricing models. Partners with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to incorporate costs, market conditions, capacity, and customer value into pricing decisions. Provides leadership reporting, supports commercial initiatives, maintains pricing data integrity, and manages 2–3 direct reports.

Provides engineering support for safe, reliable, cost-effective manufacturing operations. Diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, identifies root causes, develops corrective actions, maintains equipment documentation, conducts process trials, and leads improvement projects from justification through completion. Collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, FP&A, and vendors to standardize processes, manage budgets, improve plant performance, and enforce safety requirements. Travel to other sites may be required.

Provides engineering support for safe, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. Diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, identifies root causes, implements corrective actions, maintains technical documentation, and develops process and equipment improvements. Uses engineering software to create designs and asset records, leads small to medium-sized capital projects, develops vendor specifications and financial justifications, and promotes standardized engineering practices across plant operations. Requires approximately 10% travel to other sites.

Supports steel tubing production and customer service by interpreting specifications, troubleshooting welding, cold drawing, heat treating, and machining issues, reviewing certifications and test data, resolving quality complaints, and assisting product development. The role leads continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities using Lean, Six Sigma, data-driven methods, automation, analytics, and digital transformation. It serves as a technical liaison among production, quality, sales, and customers while maintaining compliance documentation and improving process reliability and product consistency.

Manages customer accounts and drives sales growth for pipe products. Responsibilities include developing quotations, identifying new business opportunities, leading customer communications, resolving issues, advancing opportunities through the sales cycle, supporting sales strategies, analyzing market data, and recommending product improvements. The role requires close collaboration with customer service and cross-functional teams while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting product launches.

Compiles, posts, reconciles, and analyzes accounting and finance information. Maintains fixed assets, tracks capital expenditures, utilities, leases, and rentals, and reviews expense reimbursements and purchase orders. Supports month-end close, resolves issues with departments and vendors, prepares ad hoc reports, and completes special projects while following internal controls and quality procedures.

Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, and events. Manage brand, campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email), analytics, budgets, and cross-functional alignment to drive ROI and company growth.

Design, build, and maintain network automation solutions, integrating provisioning into CI/CD. Develop scripts and playbooks (Python, Ansible), use APIs/SDKs, create automated tests, implement monitoring, troubleshoot network incidents, and provide technical leadership and documentation.

Drive manufacturing process improvements using data-driven analysis, Lean and Six Sigma methods to increase throughput, reduce scrap and downtime, standardize work, and support new equipment validation across machining, fabrication, assembly, and finishing.
