Oversee production operations, assign and supervise 15–20 line employees, ensure materials availability, enforce quality and OSHA safety standards, troubleshoot equipment, manage inventory and documentation, and drive productivity and cost-reduction efforts.

Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, and events. Manage brand, campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email), analytics, budgets, and cross-functional alignment to drive ROI and company growth.

Set up and run multiple automatic machines to produce steel tubing, ensure product quality and safety, salvage damaged tubes, report maintenance issues, complete tagging, perform measurements, use basic computer programs, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible shifts and outdoor conditions.

Lead and oversee the Engineering Department to optimize manufacturing processes, deliver projects on time and budget, implement new technologies, set strategic direction, manage departmental budget, and collaborate with executive leadership. Coordinate contractors, improve productivity and efficiency across plants, and ensure engineering standards, policies, and quality management compliance.

Partner with plant management to deliver budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, month-end close support, capital expenditure accounting, and ad-hoc financial analysis to improve business performance.

Support and strengthen QMS across multiple sites, manage supplier quality (audits, nonconformance, PPAP), lead corrective actions (8D/CAR), conduct internal and supplier audits, analyze quality data and support KPIs, and drive practical shop-floor improvements to reduce risk and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, shipping/receiving and staffing. Drive continuous improvement, enforce safety and union contract compliance, develop budgets, and train department managers to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.

Visually inspect steel pipe/casing, take micrometer and pi tape measurements, check straightness, mark rejects/rework with color codes, verify traceability and coil stamp legibility, and collaborate with EMI operator for EMI indications.

Support production, quality, sales, and customers for cold-drawn steel tubing: interpret specs/standards, troubleshoot welding/drawing/heat treat issues, produce certifications and test reports, conduct root-cause analysis, lead NPD trials and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven methods.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of general labor in a steel tubing manufacturing plant. Ensure production meets quality and productivity goals, complete and maintain job paperwork, perform quality checks, enforce safety and housekeeping, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles: source, screen, interview, place candidates, maintain ATS, coordinate postings, build pipelines with schools and staffing firms, support onboarding, track metrics, ensure compliance, and represent the company at recruiting events.

Design, build, and maintain network automation solutions, integrating provisioning into CI/CD. Develop scripts and playbooks (Python, Ansible), use APIs/SDKs, create automated tests, implement monitoring, troubleshoot network incidents, and provide technical leadership and documentation.

Develop and execute pricing strategies for steel tubing products to maximize profitability and competitiveness. Analyze costs, volume, capacity, and market trends to build pricing models, discount guidelines, and customer-specific agreements. Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to manage margins, price realization, reporting, and pricing governance. Maintain pricing tools, ERP integrations, and provide insights to leadership to support quoting discipline and strategic initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles: source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard candidates. Maintain the ATS, coordinate postings, build talent pipelines with schools and staffing firms, support hiring managers, track recruiting metrics, draft offers, ensure compliance, and represent the company at recruiting events.

Support product development and plant process capability improvements from specification review through manufacturing trials. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Metallurgy, and customers, perform data analysis (SPC/statistics), develop reports/procedures/training, and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality systems.

Drive manufacturing process improvements using data-driven analysis, Lean and Six Sigma methods to increase throughput, reduce scrap and downtime, standardize work, and support new equipment validation across machining, fabrication, assembly, and finishing.
