Oversees plant quality functions, audits procedures, analyzes production rejects, maintains quality documentation, and provides ASNT Level III ultrasonic and electromagnetic testing services. Supervises 5–10 quality employees and ensures compliance with corporate quality standards and plant safety requirements.

Supports steel tubing production and customer service by interpreting specifications, troubleshooting welding, cold drawing, heat treating, and machining issues, reviewing certifications and test data, resolving quality complaints, and assisting product development. The role leads continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities using Lean, Six Sigma, data-driven methods, automation, analytics, and digital transformation. It serves as a technical liaison among production, quality, sales, and customers while maintaining compliance documentation and improving process reliability and product consistency.

Supervise plant operations and 25–60 shop employees on an assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, production efficiency, employee training, attendance, and discipline. Monitor production levels, SPC charts, material flow, tooling, equipment repairs, inventory needs, labor hours, and waste. Complete accident and production reports, coordinate shift handoffs, enforce OSHA and company policies, and recommend improvements to safety, productivity, and working conditions.

Manages customer accounts and drives sales growth for pipe products. Responsibilities include developing quotations, identifying new business opportunities, leading customer communications, resolving issues, advancing opportunities through the sales cycle, supporting sales strategies, analyzing market data, and recommending product improvements. The role requires close collaboration with customer service and cross-functional teams while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting product launches.

Compiles, posts, reconciles, and analyzes accounting and finance information. Maintains fixed assets, tracks capital expenditures, utilities, leases, and rentals, and reviews expense reimbursements and purchase orders. Supports month-end close, resolves issues with departments and vendors, prepares ad hoc reports, and completes special projects while following internal controls and quality procedures.

Supervise the threading production line to ensure safe, efficient output that meets STL, API, and customer specifications. Monitor flow, train and assess employees, keep accurate production and inspection records, liaise with maintenance/QA/warehouse, enforce safety and PPE, and identify continuous-improvement opportunities while managing resources and shift-to-shift knowledge transfer.

Lead and maintain plant quality systems to ensure products meet customer specifications. Establish quality standards, supervise quality staff, perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions, manage audits, support APQP/PPAP and PPAP package completion, oversee testing and SPC, coordinate with sales and production, and drive continual improvement and training.

Provide administrative and operational support across purchasing, receiving, shipping, payroll/HR administration, inventory month-end reporting, union reporting, petty cash and credit card reconciliation. Serve as backup for traffic and production coordination and assist with projects and cross-departmental tasks in a manufacturing plant environment.

Assist mill operator with setup, changeovers, splicing, shearing and cut-off; monitor incoming material and product quality; perform measurements and tests; complete production paperwork; run mill during breaks; handle welds, paint open weld areas, sort scrap; report maintenance and safety issues. Requires physical work and flexible shifts.

Operate and set up multiple automatic tubing machines to meet production and quality standards. Maintain safety guards, salvage damaged tubes, complete job documentation, report maintenance issues, and perform physical tasks including lifting and outdoor work while using basic computer programs (Word, Excel, ERP).

Lead and oversee the Engineering Department to optimize manufacturing processes, deliver projects on time and budget, implement new technologies, set strategic direction, manage departmental budget, and collaborate with executive leadership. Coordinate contractors, improve productivity and efficiency across plants, and ensure engineering standards, policies, and quality management compliance.

Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, and events. Manage brand, campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email), analytics, budgets, and cross-functional alignment to drive ROI and company growth.

Manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, shipping/receiving and staffing. Drive continuous improvement, enforce safety and union contract compliance, develop budgets, and train department managers to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of general labor in a steel tubing manufacturing plant. Ensure production meets quality and productivity goals, complete and maintain job paperwork, perform quality checks, enforce safety and housekeeping, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Design, build, and maintain network automation solutions, integrating provisioning into CI/CD. Develop scripts and playbooks (Python, Ansible), use APIs/SDKs, create automated tests, implement monitoring, troubleshoot network incidents, and provide technical leadership and documentation.

Develop and execute pricing strategies for steel tubing products to maximize profitability and competitiveness. Analyze costs, volume, capacity, and market trends to build pricing models, discount guidelines, and customer-specific agreements. Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to manage margins, price realization, reporting, and pricing governance. Maintain pricing tools, ERP integrations, and provide insights to leadership to support quoting discipline and strategic initiatives.

Drive manufacturing process improvements using data-driven analysis, Lean and Six Sigma methods to increase throughput, reduce scrap and downtime, standardize work, and support new equipment validation across machining, fabrication, assembly, and finishing.

Support payroll processing and audit timecards; process adjustments, garnishments, and deductions; maintain HRIS (Paycom) and personnel records; generate payroll and HR reports; assist onboarding/I-9 compliance, benefits administration, audits, and HR projects; act as payroll/HR point of contact.

Create and maintain production schedules, coordinate workflows and inventories to meet shipping dates, enter purchase orders, generate production reports, and collaborate with supervisors to optimize plant output and efficiency.

Visually inspect pipe and casing for cosmetic and trim issues, check straightness, take micrometer and pi tape size readings, mark rejects/rework per color code, verify traceability and coil stamp legibility, and collaborate with EMI operator to mark indications for rework.
