Provides engineering support for safe, reliable, cost-effective manufacturing operations. Diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, identifies root causes, develops corrective actions, maintains equipment documentation, conducts process trials, and leads improvement projects from justification through completion. Collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, FP&A, and vendors to standardize processes, manage budgets, improve plant performance, and enforce safety requirements. Travel to other sites may be required.

Manages the quality department and quality systems for steel tubing and fabricated products. Establishes quality standards, supervises inspection personnel, conducts root cause analysis, oversees corrective actions and customer complaints, reviews specifications and prints, supports continuous improvement, manages testing and equipment, and advises production on rejected material and quality-related production decisions.

Coordinates plant operations support across shipping, purchasing, receiving, HR administration, payroll, union reporting, accounting, inventory, and production activities. Processes orders, invoices, timecards, payroll adjustments, personnel records, attendance, deductions, petty cash, credit card transactions, and financial reports. Provides backup coverage for traffic and production coordination while supporting cross-department projects. Requires physical material handling, outdoor work, and flexible shifts.
