Leads the enterprise applications function, with primary ownership of Oracle E-Business Suite and related business systems. Manages Business Analysts and distributed resources, application support, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, vendors, budgets, and strategic initiatives. Partners with business and IT leaders to prioritize work, improve processes, oversee application projects, ensure governance and compliance, and develop technology roadmaps. Drives modernization, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement across the application portfolio.

Leads FP&A and Pricing teams, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance and margin analysis, KPIs, pricing, working capital, cash flow, and capital investment evaluation. Partners with executive, accounting, sales, operations, and plant leadership to improve profitability, reporting quality, controls, and decision-making. Manages seven direct reports and drives financial process improvements, automation, and strategic analysis.

Coordinates human resources activities across Pennsylvania manufacturing plants, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, compliance, labor relations, and HR reporting. Partners with plant managers, department leaders, legal counsel, and employees to resolve personnel issues and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and HR programs.
