Operate greenhouse and irrigation systems (Argus), implement water and fertilization programs, monitor seedling growth and pests, keep computerized records, maintain equipment, train and supervise seasonal staff, follow IPM pesticide procedures, assist inventories, and report results to the Production Manager.

Operate and maintain greenhouse and irrigation systems, implement crop prescriptions (water, fertilization, climate), monitor seedling health, perform pest/disease inspections and IPM applications, keep accurate records, supervise and train seasonal staff, and support inventory and equipment maintenance.

Operate and maintain seed processing facility equipment to clean, dry, and size genetically improved southern pine seed. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, operate tractors/forklifts/boom lifts/UTVs, maintain production records, collaborate with internal and external teams, and drive continuous improvement and safety during peak seasons.

Seasonal Irrigation Specialist responsible for mixing and applying fertilizer, monitoring EC and crop growth, adjusting computerized watering cycles, maintaining and repairing irrigation systems, assisting with pesticide/herbicide applications and greenhouse sanitation, keeping accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement and teamwork in a forest seedling nursery.
