Operate and maintain seed processing systems at a southern pine seed facility. Responsibilities include seed cleaning, drying, sizing, equipment operation, preventive maintenance, minor mechanical repairs, recordkeeping, production tracking, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The role requires safe operation of tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, UTVs, and power tools, with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends during peak seasons.

The HR Business Partner supports U.S. operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, policy administration, leave management, and HR process improvement. The role advises and coaches managers, maintains confidential records, supports payroll and HR programs, and travels to other U.S. sites as needed.

Assist with production of forest seedlings by implementing irrigation, fertilization, and greenhouse cultural programs; operate Argus environmental control systems; monitor seedling growth, perform pest and disease inspections, and maintain records. Supervise and train seasonal staff, perform basic equipment maintenance and inventories, and follow IPM pesticide application procedures. Role is physical, on-site, and may require shift work, weekends, overtime, and occasional callouts.
