Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, operate tractors/forklifts/boom lifts/UTVs, maintain production records, collaborate with internal and external teams, and drive continuous improvement and safety during peak seasons.

Seasonal Irrigation Specialist responsible for mixing and applying fertilizer, monitoring EC and crop growth, adjusting computerized watering cycles, maintaining and repairing irrigation systems, assisting with pesticide/herbicide applications and greenhouse sanitation, keeping accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement and teamwork in a forest seedling nursery.

Operate and maintain greenhouse and irrigation systems, implement crop prescriptions and IPM, monitor seedling growth, keep accurate records, train and supervise seasonal staff, inspect and repair monitoring equipment, and support production targets.
