Design, build, and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines and distributed data applications (batch and streaming) using Spark and Scala. Ensure data quality and performance, deploy and manage workloads in cloud/container environments, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable AdTech data solutions.

Design, build, and operate scalable, low-latency backend services using Java or Go. Implement REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and data models. Improve performance, availability, and reliability. Work with Kafka, caching, Elasticsearch, SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms, containers, observability, and lead production incident response and reliability improvements.

Lead design, build, and deployment of scalable machine learning models using Python, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks. Process and train models on large datasets with Spark/Databricks/Hadoop, automate pipelines with Airflow and AWS EMR, and integrate models into AWS cloud applications. Drive end-to-end experiments, optimize pipelines and queries, and deliver production-grade, high-impact data science solutions.

Support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job portals, screening profiles, coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records and trackers, and ensuring timely candidate communication for a smooth hiring experience.

Build and maintain Python backend applications and REST APIs, design data models and schemas, write readable and testable code, debug and perform root-cause analysis, participate in code reviews, and responsibly use and validate AI-generated code.

Build and maintain backend services in Go: design REST APIs, data models and database schemas, write maintainable and testable code, debug and root-cause issues, participate in code reviews, and responsibly validate AI-generated code.

Design, build, and maintain high-scale distributed backend systems using Java. Optimize storage and caching for query performance, implement messaging pipelines (Kafka/RabbitMQ), operate on AWS infrastructure, and define CI/CD pipelines. Monitor performance, drive reliability, collaborate cross-functionally, and enforce engineering best practices through testing and code reviews.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance, low-latency distributed backend systems and microservices. Implement RESTful APIs, data stores, messaging, and monitoring. Drive architecture, CI/CD, cloud operations, code reviews, mentoring, and scaling to support hundreds of millions of users.

The Sales Lead will drive growth, business development, and sales, manage the growth funnel, and foster relationships with niche clients to expand Proximity's market presence. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead generation, and account management for enterprise partners.

Deliver in-person coding mentoring sessions to students aged 14-18 at Community Care Institutions in Mumbai. Coordinate with Program Coordinator and ensure student engagement during sessions.
