We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team with sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen profiles against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Available to join immediately.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
