Design and develop scalable backend systems, microservices, real-time event tracking, reward engines, marketing automation platforms, and partner integrations. Own projects end to end from architecture through deployment and monitoring. Optimize performance, ensure reliability, respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-concurrency distributed systems.

Design and build scalable backend systems for video-on-demand content ingest, transcoding, adaptive bitrate packaging, storage, and delivery. Own features end to end, contribute to architecture, optimize processing workflows, integrate platform services, and maintain production reliability through monitoring, on-call support, and incident response. The role also involves code reviews, engineering best practices, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers.

Build and operate end-to-end CMS capabilities across frontend and backend layers. Develop React-based interfaces and Node.js or Java services for content workflows, metadata, publishing, search, integrations, and reporting. Apply distributed-systems, testing, security, observability, deployment, and reliability practices. Participate in production support and on-call rotations, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers.
