Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, AP aging, cash flow forecasting, tax form validation, audit support, and purchase requisitions. The role also drives AP process improvements, resolves vendor and invoice discrepancies, maintains vendor relationships, and collaborates with Purchasing, Legal, Finance, and executive management.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to go-to-market leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Advises on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, succession, performance management, employee relations, investigations, change leadership, and employment law. Partners cross-functionally with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to build scalable, high-performing revenue teams and support organizational growth.

Develop and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant microservices for an identity graph platform. Design event-driven cloud systems, write maintainable code, resolve production issues, document technical solutions, mentor engineers, lead feature delivery, participate in code reviews and on-call rotations, and influence architectural decisions.

Manage billing and collections operations, supervise and develop the accounts receivable team, improve cash flow and reduce bad debt. Responsibilities include invoice processing, collections strategy, dispute resolution, credit review, cash flow forecasting, expense auditing, AR reporting, financial controls, compliance, and cross-functional process optimization. The role requires ERP, usage-based billing, and advanced Excel proficiency, with direct people-management experience.

Lead design, implementation, and administration of complex sales commission plans for 100+ employees. Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Finance to model and forecast compensation, automate processes using commission platforms and AI, produce standardized reporting, oversee monthly commission cycles with meticulous auditability, manage a two-person compensation team, and ensure plans are equitable, compliant, and administrable at scale.

Own product operations and metrics, including KPI reporting, dashboards, process optimization, release workflows, and team cadences. Support the CPO with planning, OKRs, budgets, executive communications, board materials, and meeting representation. Lead cross-functional initiatives, connect product teams, identify dependencies and bottlenecks, and improve organizational alignment. The role requires strong executive presence, analytical ability, AI fluency, presentation skills, and project management expertise.
