Own and grow enterprise customer relationships and revenue. Manage renewals, upsells, forecasting, and QBRs; build and manage an upsell pipeline; conduct discovery and consultative sales; coordinate internal teams to drive adoption and retention while meeting or exceeding quotas.

Own product strategy and delivery for new biometric and identity capabilities (0-to-1). Manage roadmap, specs, backlog, and cross-functional delivery; support sales with technical discovery, demos, and POCs; ensure compliance with legal, risk, and infosec; publish implementation documentation and monitor capability health.

The Sr. People Enablement Specialist will execute the enablement strategy, manage the LMS, design training programs, and support employee experience initiatives.
