Lead design, implementation, and administration of complex sales commission plans for 100+ employees. Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Finance to model and forecast compensation, automate processes using commission platforms and AI, produce standardized reporting, oversee monthly commission cycles with meticulous auditability, manage a two-person compensation team, and ensure plans are equitable, compliant, and administrable at scale.

Own product operations and metrics, including KPI reporting, dashboards, process optimization, release workflows, and team cadences. Support the CPO with planning, OKRs, budgets, executive communications, board materials, and meeting representation. Lead cross-functional initiatives, connect product teams, identify dependencies and bottlenecks, and improve organizational alignment. The role requires strong executive presence, analytical ability, AI fluency, presentation skills, and project management expertise.

Source, structure, and close Reseller and OEM partnerships with core banking and fintech platforms; own partner commercialization to drive ARR, build enablement and GTM playbooks, align with sales and product teams, and develop scalable partner programs, pricing, and operational processes.
