Lead and scale Protocase’s Wilmington production operation across teams and shifts. Develop Leads and Supervisors, establish standards for safety, quality, output, and efficiency, improve workflows and production coordination, address root causes, and build scalable procedures, training, auditing, and accountability systems. Provides hands-on technical support between CNC production and Engineering & Design Services. Troubleshoots machining, programming, design, and documentation issues; applies hot fixes; creates and modifies CNC mill and lathe programs; prepares setup, tooling, and production documentation; escalates complex problems; submits NCRs; and drives corrective actions and continuous process improvements.
