Lead day-to-day CNC production activities on an assigned shift, coordinating operators, machines, schedules, quality, safety, troubleshooting, and workflow. Provide hands-on coaching, assist with setups and tooling, interpret engineering drawings, resolve production roadblocks, coordinate with Quality and Maintenance, track shift performance, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement. The role is hands-on and production-floor based, requiring CNC machining experience, practical problem-solving, and prior leadership or training experience preferred.

Outbound B2B account executive responsible for prospecting targeted accounts, building relationships with decision-makers, leading discovery and presentations, developing account strategies, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, and representing the company at trade shows and customer visits to drive long-term revenue growth.

Design and build agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, prompts, evaluation harnesses, and production observability systems. Translate ambiguous business needs into reliable AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, and monitor workflow performance, cost, latency, and quality. The role requires strong software engineering, Python or modern backend development, API and infrastructure experience, and practical experience with LLM applications and orchestration frameworks.

Provides deskside and remote technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and production devices. Assists with Linux systems, networking, virtualization, maintenance, patching, security checks, account permissions, equipment deployments, documentation, and vendor coordination. Troubleshoots and escalates complex issues while supporting local and remote users in office and production environments.

Design and build agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, AI applications, and automations using LLM APIs and orchestration tools. Integrate models, tools, retrieval systems, prompts, and multi-step workflows; develop evaluation and testing systems; translate business problems into working prototypes; monitor production performance, cost, latency, and quality; and collaborate with stakeholders to identify valuable AI automation opportunities.

Provides hands-on technical support between CNC production and Engineering & Design Services. Troubleshoots machining, programming, design, and documentation issues; applies hot fixes; creates and modifies CNC mill and lathe programs; prepares setup, tooling, and production documentation; escalates complex problems; submits NCRs; and drives corrective actions and continuous process improvements.

Develop and improve CNC machining processes by troubleshooting production issues, designing and validating tooling/fixtures and machining methods, running experiments on CNC mills (including 5-axis), analyzing production data, and translating findings into repeatable standards to increase quality, reduce cycle time, and expand manufacturing capabilities.

Support engineering and manufacturing by creating technical drawings and documentation, testing and troubleshooting mechanical systems, collaborating with design and production teams, and improving manufacturability and product quality.

Lead development and troubleshooting of CNC machining processes. Investigate root causes, run machining experiments, validate tooling and fixturing, operate CNC mills (including 5-axis) to test improvements, analyze production data, implement repeatable process standards, and collaborate with production and engineering to improve quality and cycle times.

Design and present enterprise storage architectures using open-source platforms. Lead technical discovery with clients, produce architecture documentation and implementation recommendations, support sales through demos and scopes of work, and collaborate with engineering and R&D to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Create and publish social and digital content, support and execute marketing and ad campaigns, write copy for multiple channels, assist podcast production, collaborate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams, and explore new tools (including AI) to improve marketing effectiveness.

Design and deliver enterprise storage solutions by leading technical discovery, creating solution architectures, supporting sales through demos and documentation, and guiding implementation while promoting open-source storage technologies and providing customer-facing technical leadership.

Review and quote customer designs, analyze CAD models (SolidWorks), apply DFM, process AS9102 aerospace designs, collaborate with manufacturing and procurement, interpret drawings, and support continuous improvement from quote to production.
