Troubleshoot hardware, storage (ZFS/RAID), networking (bonding, subnetting, routing), document solutions, collaborate with internal teams, and improve support processes and documentation.

Improve and optimize manufacturing processes through tooling and fixture design, data-driven process experiments, root-cause analysis, automation support, and cross-functional collaboration to increase throughput, quality, safety, and scalability.

Design and present enterprise storage architectures using open-source platforms. Lead technical discovery with clients, produce architecture documentation and implementation recommendations, support sales through demos and scopes of work, and collaborate with engineering and R&D to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Lead the R&D team by setting expectations, removing obstacles, and building accountability. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, cross-department collaboration, and continuous improvement while coaching team members and capturing lessons learned.

Lead shift-level quality activities on the production floor: run audits, perform inspections and walkthroughs, contain and track defects and rework, analyze quality trends, coordinate cross-functional corrective actions, maintain audit/NCR documentation, prepare shift reports, and support continuous improvement to reduce defects and rework.

Lead development and troubleshooting of CNC machining processes. Investigate root causes, run machining experiments, validate tooling and fixturing, operate CNC mills (including 5-axis) to test improvements, analyze production data, implement repeatable process standards, and collaborate with production and engineering to improve quality and cycle times.

Support engineering and manufacturing by creating technical drawings and documentation, testing and troubleshooting mechanical systems, collaborating with design and production teams, and improving manufacturability and product quality.

Lead strategic B2B marketing across 45Drives and Protocase by uncovering customer insights, shaping product positioning and go-to-market strategy, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving brand and business growth. Mentor and empower a marketing team while translating technical concepts into compelling customer stories and evaluating new opportunities with creativity and business discipline.
