Lead day-to-day CNC production activities on an assigned shift, coordinating operators, machines, schedules, quality, safety, troubleshooting, and workflow. Provide hands-on coaching, assist with setups and tooling, interpret engineering drawings, resolve production roadblocks, coordinate with Quality and Maintenance, track shift performance, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement. The role is hands-on and production-floor based, requiring CNC machining experience, practical problem-solving, and prior leadership or training experience preferred.

Outbound B2B account executive responsible for prospecting targeted accounts, building relationships with decision-makers, leading discovery and presentations, developing account strategies, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, and representing the company at trade shows and customer visits to drive long-term revenue growth.

Design and build agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, prompts, evaluation harnesses, and production observability systems. Translate ambiguous business needs into reliable AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, and monitor workflow performance, cost, latency, and quality. The role requires strong software engineering, Python or modern backend development, API and infrastructure experience, and practical experience with LLM applications and orchestration frameworks.
