Provides first-level help desk support, tracks and resolves requests, assists with employee account setup and onboarding, maintains business system records, supports testing and documentation, creates training materials, and performs basic reporting and office administrative tasks.

Lead PROtect’s nationwide LDAR division by managing teams, customers, staffing, budgets, project planning, compliance, safety, proposals, SOP improvements, and administrative processes. The role requires extensive refinery experience, knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulations, technical LDAR expertise, and the ability to support business growth across multiple locations. Travel to company and customer sites is required as needed, with periodic exposure to refinery and industrial environments.

Provides administrative and billing support for office operations, field personnel, project managers, and leadership. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, reviewing billing documentation, tracking receivables, maintaining employee and compliance records, coordinating schedules and travel, preparing reports, managing office supplies, and communicating with employees, customers, and vendors.
