  • Lead Estimating and Proposals: Oversee quote and estimate development and work with account managers to prepare customer presentations and proposals.

  • Improve Processes: Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for LDAR services.

  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical expertise and hands-on support when needed to meet customer requirements and support business growth.

  • Coordinate Across Divisions: Work with other divisional leaders to identify opportunities, share resources, and support company-wide initiatives.

  • Oversee Administrative Processes: Ensure accurate and timely completion of job sheets, time sheets, expense reports, and related operational documentation.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of professional refinery-related experience.

  • Demonstrated management and leadership experience.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering, science, or technical disciplines are a plus.

  • Strong understanding of EPA and state-specific environmental regulations.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
