Supervise shuttle operations at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, ensuring scheduled service, vehicle inspections, safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Perform shuttle, valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed, including parking and retrieving vehicles. The role requires a valid driver’s license held for at least two years, manual transmission driving ability, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Direct patrons to parking areas, record parking and vehicle transactions, maintain a clean cashier booth, provide friendly customer service, resolve customer issues, and complete assigned cleaning, maintenance, and location projects. This part-time, non-driving role requires weekend availability and effective verbal and written communication.

Manages all aspects of an on-site university shuttle operation, including driver hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, payroll reporting, fleet inspections, maintenance coordination, safety, ADA compliance, and DOT/CDL compliance. Maintains client relationships, monitors route efficiency and on-time performance, resolves rider and operational issues, manages budgets and financial reporting, and supports service disruptions outside normal hours.

Supports corporate HR operations by responding to employee inquiries, coordinating onboarding and pre-employment checks, assisting with employee relations investigations, managing employment verifications and unemployment claims, maintaining HRIS records and electronic files, and supporting compliance audits and vendor coordination.

Handles reservation and emergency-related calls, collects caller information, coordinates with police, fire, and EMS departments, performs detailed Microsoft Excel data entry and monthly billing support, and provides customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Supervises parking facility staff and supports daily operations by motivating employees, handling customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with training and scheduling, reconciling bank reports and ticket logs, maintaining inventory and transaction records, monitoring facility conditions, and performing attendant or cashier duties as needed.
