Supervise shuttle operations at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, ensuring scheduled service, vehicle inspections, cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards. Perform shuttle, valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Support daily operations, maintain facilities and vehicles, report maintenance concerns, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Provides regional HR support across Southern California and West Coast sites, managing employee and labor relations, investigations, performance actions, leave cases, workforce changes, compliance, HRIS administration, personnel records, and manager training. Advises leaders on California and federal employment law, supports audits and onboarding compliance, handles union-related matters, and coaches managers through workplace issues and organizational changes. Requires multi-site support and travel to assigned locations as business needs require.

Develops proposals, RFP responses, and marketing collateral while coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and submissions. Creates branded brochures, case studies, presentations, and promotional materials; conducts market research; and supports marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborates with subject matter experts, sales, and marketing teams to communicate value propositions, manage deliverables, and maintain quality and brand consistency.

Direct patrons to parking areas, provide friendly customer service, answer questions, resolve issues, maintain professional standards, complete parking transaction records, and perform occasional cleaning, maintenance, or other operational tasks. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and all-weather work while standing for extended periods.

Direct traffic and guide patrons to available parking spaces at an Oakland Coliseum facility. Responsibilities include flagging drivers, maintaining traffic flow, keeping surrounding areas clear, assisting supervisors with traffic changes, providing customer service, resolving issues, and working outdoors on foot in all weather conditions.
